June Topic: "How to Keep Your Benefits while Saving - Able Accounts and Special Needs Trusts."

We will discuss the different planning and savings tools that are available to individuals who receive public benefits, including special needs trusts and ABLE Act Accounts. With a specific focus on the new ABLE Act, we will discuss the benefits of establishing an ABLE account and how ABLE accounts work independently as well as in conjunction with special needs trusts. You will get a comprehensive overview of the important benefits, differences, and applications of both special needs trusts and ABLE Act accounts.
