From the picture-perfect weather and gorgeous Balboa Park course to the record-breaking attendance – more than 4,500 friends, families and supporters came out – the March 27 Race for Autism brought San Diegans together to make a difference for those with autism in our community!

Congratulations to Daniel Farmer and KC Meehan who were the first place male and female finishers in the timed 5K Race.
For the second year in a row, Team AVA took home the top team prize with 150 people racing and walking in hot pink t-shirts and football player-like grease paint!
Proceeds from the Race will be used to make immediate impact on San Diego children with autism by creating and expanding programs, funding studies to improve treatment and assure efficacy of treatment programs, promoting early identification and outreach to underserved populations, and providing for the needs of students with autism at the classroom level.
All of NFAR's efforts are made possible by your participation and commitment! We are sincerely grateful to all the teams, team captains, sponsors, volunteers, donors, families, friends and racers who made this year our most successful event yet!
