Mayor Jerry Sanders teamed up with Ben & Jerry's to help NFAR fight autism, one cone at a time!
We were honored to be selected as the beneficiary for the 2010 National FREE CONE DAY at the Seaport Village Ben & Jerry's!
Mayor Sanders, NBA Hall of Famer Bill Walton and BBQ Master Phil were the day's celebrity scoopers, stepping behind the counter and dishing out cones, all in an effort to raise awareness and support for the 6th Annual Race for Autism.
Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed a beautiful San Diego day with us! NFAR would like to especially thank the wonderful team at Ben & Jerry's Seaport Village for their hard work and dedication to help NFAR make a difference in San Diego! (And of course for sharing their "peace, love & ice cream!")
