This summer, a few simple decisions made at the grocery store can help improve your family’s health. Limiting the amount of pesticides consumed from your food is highly recommended – especially during early childhood.
The Environmental Working Group just released their new 2010 shopping list of the Dirty Dozen, or the most contaminated fruits & vegetables that you should buy organic (hint: summer favorites apples, grapes and strawberries) and the Clean 15 that were found to have the lowest pesticide levels (feel free to stock up on avocados, mangos and watermelon.)
