Transition Resources

The true measure of success for a child with autism is how he will do as an adult. All students need to be prepared for life after school. Below are a few resources to help with adult transition:

    • Transition to Adult Living - An Information and Resource Guide is a comprehension guide with IEP goals, examples, interest inventory and a listing of resources. Download PDF

  2. Info for Young Adults and Parents
    • The PACER Center provides information, resources, and technical assistance to parents of young adults, 14 through 21, with disabilities and the professionals who work with them. More info
